2010 Record Sheets | |
Record Sheet Download and Rules Rules: Please note that the rules for the 2010 record sheets have changed. A committe was put into place to insure that there ways for every KYMGA member to earn points. There are numerous ways to earn points. If you have a question please feel free to use the contact information at the bottom of this page toask questions. Record sheets start from October 1, 2009 and will go until September 30, 2010. Record sheets are available by downloading the pdf file above. If you file up one sheet download another form. Please note: If you need to use more than one line that is fine, it was shrunk to fit on one page. It is KYMGA members responsibility to print off their record sheets and take them to their events to have signed. Make sure that you fill out the forms corectly. KYMGA promotes honesty so make sure you are filling out your sheets correctly and honestly. If there are questions on a signiture that judge or offical will be called to verify their signiture. Anyone caught cheeting will forfit all prizes and awards. Committe members will award the final points after a writen test is taken. To earn all your points you must take the quiz and turn it back it by the date that will be later announced. We are working on a nice dress banquet later to award the top individuals. This will be a fun time for all and we encourage everyone to attend this. Date and Time will be announced later. KMGA officers and the KYMGA Coordinator can change the rules, add to them or any other item that they see fit. | |

As new members join the directory will be updated. Remember some youth have opted not to have their information published due to privacy rights. KYMGA T-SHIRTS | |
| We will be passing out the Ordered KYMGA t-shirts this year. They are done and waiting for you to wear! Look at the album pictures to see the new t-shirt. If you did not pick up your shirt it can be mailed to you at your cost. Shipping and Handling will start at $5.00, remember it is at your cost. Shipping and Handling must be paid in full before shipped. You still can order a KYMGA t-shirt the cost is $15.00 per t-shirt plus s/h, must be paid in full before order is placed. If you are interested in a KYMGA t-shirt contact the youth cordinator for more information.
