There have been some concerns with scheduling conflicts.  KMGA and KYMGA know that there are many shows and sales around the state of Kansas and other states, most weekends have two to three sales and or shows, starting in March and running into late October. In these tough economic times it is hard to have funding to meet all the demands asked of us, and we just are unable to meet them.  We understand that youth cannot go everywhere.  When scheduling KYMGA events it is impossible to please everyone.  It is even harder for KYMGA, who has low funds;  to find judges, grounds, etc. on dates that we would like (sometimes it is our fourth choice).  Our goal is to work together on dates that there are numerous events and make it the best for the youth.  If youth cannot attend a KYMGA event; KYMGA understands.  Please try to understand we are doing our best to have events for the youth, and we understand that there may be scheduling conflicts. The bottom line is that you have to choose what works best for you and understanding that there will always be some conflict on any given date.
